Three focused session types designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and develop well-rounded fitness.

Strength Focus

LYFT

A structured full-body strength protocol focused on compound loading and movement quality. We prioritise technical lifting and progressive overload with kettlebells, dumbbells, and sandbags to ensure you develop absolute power while building long-term physical resilience.

endurance

DRIVE

A high-intensity conditioning protocol designed to develop relentless work capacity. These sessions combine cardiovascular intervals with functional drills, such as weighted carries and athletic movements, to build the endurance and grit needed to move well under pressure.

HYBRID

ENDURE

The ultimate hybrid blend of resistance work and athletic conditioning. By combining functional strength with cardiovascular output, we develop a body that is both strong and capable, able to produce force and sustain effort in the real world.

A certified PT and group fitness coach based in Tynemouth, Newcastle Upon Tyne.


I love functional training, beach sessions, and helping people build real strength and confidence through movement.

LOCATION

Sessions take place in a private gym two minutes from the beach, with outdoor training on Longsands when the weather allows.
