Where do sessions take place?
Group Sessions: Held on Tynemouth Beach throughout summer. In winter (October to March), sessions move indoors to the Salt Market Social in North Shields to maintain high energy and structure.
Personal Training: Held outdoors on Tynemouth Beach in good weather and always available at our private PT suite in Tynemouth for year-round consistency and focused sessions.
What type of training do you offer?
Group Training: Community-driven strength and conditioning sessions that mix functional fitness, cardio, and team energy.
Personal Training: One-to-one or small-group sessions tailored to your goals, performance, and progress.
Both are designed to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency.
Do I need to be fit to join?
Not at all. Every session is coached and scalable — meaning you’ll always train at a level that challenges you. However, you must be in good general health and free from acute injury to join. Whether you’re returning to training or ready to push limits, you’ll fit right in.
What’s the difference between group classes and PT plans?
Group sessions are about community, energy, and consistency. PT plans are personalised coaching built around your specific goals, schedule, and training style. Many members do both for the best results.
What’s included in the Personal Training Plans?
Each plan offers a different level of structure and support: Foundation, Momentum, and Evolve. You can explore the details and pricing on the Plans page.
How does payment work?
How does payment work?
- Group Classes: All bookings and payments are processed securely through Momence.
- Personal Training Plans: These are billed through Shopify’s secure checkout.
You can choose to pay monthly or every 3 months (with a 10% discount). There are no contracts or hidden fees — just flexible, straightforward coaching.
Can I cancel or pause my plan?
Yes — you can cancel at any time before your next billing date (7 days’ notice required). You can request to pause your plan instead of cancelling for short absences.
What happens if I miss a session?
If you miss a group class, you can join another within the same week (if there’s space). For 1:1 PT sessions, please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice can’t be carried over.
Who runs the sessions?
All sessions are coached by Darren, a certified PT and group fitness coach based in Tynemouth.
