LYFTD TRAINING – Terms of Service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and participation in all LYFTD Training services, including personal training, group training, and memberships (collectively, “Services”).
By purchasing or participating in any LYFTD Training plan, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
LYFTD Training provides in-person personal training and group fitness sessions based in Tynemouth and surrounding areas.
Each program’s structure, frequency, and inclusions are outlined on its individual product page.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where relevant.
• Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s system.
• All memberships are billed monthly in advance, even where weekly pricing is displayed for clarity.
• The “£X per week” format is for illustration; the actual billing amount reflects the total monthly cost.
4. Cancellations & Pauses
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.
• Requests must be made by email to lyftdtraining@gmail.com.
• If less than 7 days’ notice is provided, the following month’s payment will still be processed.
• You may also request to pause your membership instead of cancelling (e.g. for holidays or short absences). Pauses can last up to 3 weeks and are subject to approval. One pause is permitted per 3-month period unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
If you cancel within the required notice period, no further payments will be taken.
6. Missed Sessions
• Sessions missed or unattended will not be refunded or carried over unless cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Group sessions are not transferable to another person.
7. Trainer Cancellations
In the rare event that LYFTD Training must cancel a session, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or credited for that session.
8. Health & Safety
By taking part in LYFTD Training sessions, you confirm that you are medically fit to exercise and will inform your trainer of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that could affect your participation.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe and effective training environment, LYFTD Training shall not be held responsible for any injuries, loss, or damages incurred as a result of participation, except where caused by negligence.
