LYFTD Training provides specialised personal training and group fitness instruction, which are delivered as in-person services.
Delivery of Services

No Physical Shipping Required: As our services (Personal Training and Group Training) are delivered physically at our location in Tynemouth, no physical products are shipped to the customer.

Service Access: Access to purchased training plans, memberships, and session bookings is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

Service Location: All sessions take place at the agreed-upon training location in Tynemouth and surrounding areas, as detailed during the booking process.
