Memberships
All LYFTD Training memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis, covering your chosen plan for that month.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
• Cancellation requests must be made by email to lyftdtraining@gmail.com.
• If less than 7 days’ notice is given, the next billing cycle will still apply and cancellation will take effect the following month.
Pausing Your Membership
If you are away or need a short break, you may request to pause your membership instead of cancelling.
• Pauses can last up to 3 weeks and must be requested in advance.
• Pauses are subject to approval and limited to one pause per 3-month period unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
No partial refunds will be issued once a billing period has begun.
Refunds are only offered if LYFTD Training cancels your sessions and an alternative cannot be provided.
Plan Adjustments
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the end of your current billing cycle by contacting lyftdtraining@gmail.com.
