It’s ideal if you’re new to training, getting back into fitness, or want accountability in a group environment without the pressure of going it alone.
You’ll train in a small group of up to 4 people, combining focused coaching with the buzz of community energy — perfect for learning correct form, building strength, and creating a routine that sticks.

1-month minimum term
Your membership requires a minimum commitment of one month to ensure you get the most out of your training programme.
Cancel anytime before your next billing date (7 days' notice)
You can cancel your membership at any time by providing 7 days' notice before your next billing date. This gives you flexibility while ensuring a smooth transition.
Option to pause for short absences
Need a break? You can pause your membership for short periods due to holidays, illness, or other commitments. Contact us to arrange a pause.
